Cancellation Policy

At Carmel Laser Aesthetics & Spa we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. For injection and laser treatment appointments, a flat fee of $100 will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Card on File Requirement: To secure your appointment, all clients are required to have a valid credit or debit card saved on file. This policy helps us minimize last-minute cancellations and allows us to accommodate other clients who are waiting for availability.
